Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Portland, OR)

Nova Rowan Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Portland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
