Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Portland, OR)

Northwind Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Portland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
