Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Pittsburgh with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
