Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Thistle Property Management is a Phoenix property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
