Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Orlando with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
