Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Bridge Hospitality is a hospitality company in Omaha with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
