Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
