Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Junction Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Oklahoma City, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
