Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Glen Facilities Group is a facilities company in Oklahoma City with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
