Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Meridian Facilities Group is a facilities company in Oklahoma City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
