Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Lantern Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Oakland. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
