Redstone Ivory Facilities Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
