Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Housing Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
