Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Rook Housing manages affordable housing communities across Oakland. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
