Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Junction Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in New Orleans, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
