Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Union Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
