Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Field Housing provides affordable homes and support services around New Orleans. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 435 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
