Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Nashville, TN)

Rivermark Fern Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Nashville area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 611 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
