Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Glen Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
