Harborlight Forge Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Nashville. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
