Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Nashville with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
