Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Nashville presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
