Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Mill Arts Center is an arts centre in Nashville with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
