Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
