Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
