Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Housing Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
