Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Nest Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
