Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Hollow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Miami presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
