Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Umber Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
