Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Miami with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
