Ironwood Oak Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Miami area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
