Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Quarry Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Memphis with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
