Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Sparrow Arts Center Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
