Foxglove Pine Housing Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
