Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Knoxville, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 885 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
