Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Clear Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 382 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
