Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Oak Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Knoxville area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
