Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Sparrow Facilities looks after properties across the Knoxville region, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
