Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Forge Arts Center Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
