Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Keystone Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 556 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
