Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jackson, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
