Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Jackson, MS)

Amberfield Rowan Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Jackson area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
