Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Corner Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
