Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Juniper Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Houston. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
