Westbrook Quill Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
