Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Kestrel Housing manages affordable housing communities across Houston, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
