Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
