Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Honolulu. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
