Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Honolulu area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 530 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
