Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Hartford. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 848 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
